Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Modification

Jet9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, submission of false information, illegal transactions, or security threats. In the event of account closure, any verified balance not connected to unlawful activity will be refunded through the standard process. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Special policies may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, and users will be notified in advance. Identity verification must be completed to recover a closed account.
